The Ownership Structure

PNC Hydroponic is a start-up high-tech agriculture firm, which will be managed by three executives representing finance & distribution, marketing & sales, and production & technology. These executives bring rich diverse experience and background in the finance, real estate hospitality and agriculture industries. They’ve captured a significant market share by uniquely focusing on clean and safe vegetable produces through introducing alternative gardening techniques to the Vietnam agricultural industry and supplying hydroponics products to Vietnam and across Asia.

PNC Hydroponics specializes in growing high-quality vegetables in high-tech, multi-span greenhouses. The produces are grown in tunnels with a medium used to support the root system. The plants are automatically fed nutrients through irrigation systems. The plants are grown in the best suitable growing conditions, which allows each plant to produce the maximum fruit possible. The company will concentrate on the production of tomatoes and cucumbers in the tunnels, and in time will pursue more selective vegetables.

The principal executives decided to establish the company in 2013 to turn their dream of providing safe produced for the community into reality. Since the germination of the idea to now the philosophy has been about treating consumers and colleagues as we would like to be treated ourselves. Of course this means a culture of excellence and advancement.

The company will be a closely-held corporation with three principle shareholders who will form the Board of Directors. It is anticipated that within the next five years, the company will be offered to institutional investors for capital and funding for the expansion. The principle owners will seek to retain the majority of the company's stock for the foreseeable future. The company is incorporated in Ho Chi Minh City as this offers the most advantageous tax and regulatory conditions for an Agriculture Company.
